Hi, I’m Morgan!
I am the Founder & Head Coach of Get To Fitness.
My goal is simple.
Fitness for all. Help people celebrate their abilities.
When I first started- I dedicated my life to fitness after watching my dad lose his battle with a neurodegenerative disease called ALS (Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, also known as Lou Gehrig’s disease) I watched him lose his everyday abilities. He went from walking to wheelchair, but he didn’t go without a strong fight. After his passing, I dedicated my life to celebrating my own abilities that were taken from him. I became more and more grateful for sitting, standing, walking, lifting, getting stronger mentally and physically every day. I realized I wanted to inspire others to do the same and help them get stronger in many ways.
Since highschool you could find me coaching group fitness classes in high energy environments. When I got to college, I realized group fitness was lacking. So I went on and founded a gym there. When I graduated, I became head coach at a world renowned facility. There I was lucky enough to coach athletes of all kinds; ones that were starting their fitness journey to those that were competing on a world stage.
Then everything changed
The pandemic hit and I will never forget my first workout from home alone; the silence was deafening. That got me thinking. Why can’t a convenient workout from home where I don’t have to leave my dog, commute or even change clothes be just as fun, engaging and effective as going to a gym. Get to Fitness was born.
As our journey progressed with Get To Fitness, we realized that our goals were bigger than we even thought. We expanded to educating and guiding hundreds of athletes of all kinds. Today we offer multiple training programs like Intro To Fitness, Momentum and Totality.
After the pandemic, we realized hundreds of athletes loved the convenience of working out from home. You could spend less than one hour of your day dedicated to yourself without having to arrange childcare, extra changes of clothing, shower shoes etc. You can get your best workout from wherever you are in the world.
Can you relate?
